Right to request access to your personal information

California residents have the right to request that we disclose what categories of personal information that we collect, use, or sell about you. You may also request the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you. However, we may withhold some information where the risk to you or your personal information is too great to disclose the information, such as financial information or account passwords.

Sales of Personal Information

The CCPA requires businesses that “sell” personal information, as the term “sell” is defined under the CCPA, to provide California residents the right to opt out from such sales. Kashia Beauty/LuxyKB does not “sell” your personal information as we understand that term to be defined by the CCPA and its implementing regulations. To the extent that you have taken the position that a website’s use of third-party cookies or similar technology for advertising or analytics constitutes a “sale” under the CCPA, you may consider Kashia Beauty/LuxyKB to have “sold” what the CCPA refers to as “identifiers” (e.g. IP addresses), “internet or other electronic network activity information” (e.g. information about an individual’s browsing activity on a Kashia Beauty/LuxyKB website), and “commercial information” (e.g. the fact that a browser visited a webpage directed at individuals considering purchasing Kashia Beauty/LuxyKB products or services).

California residents have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising their rights as described in this section. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

Do Not Track Disclosure

Regulatory agencies such as the U.S. Federal Trade Commission have promoted the concept of Do Not Track as a mechanism to permit Internet users to control online tracking activity across websites through their browser settings.
